In this 2.5 hour masterclass we break down the mechanics of arm balancing from the ground up – building the wrist strength, core connection and spatial awareness that make lift-off possible. Every participant works at their own level, with progressions and modifications throughout. You don.t need to be strong, you need to be curious.
