Breathe – The Practice Beneath the Practice

Most of us take around twenty thousand breaths a day without thinking about a single one. This masterclass changes that – and the effects reach far beyond the mat.

Over the first part of the session we explore how breath directly controls your nervous system, your energy levels, your mood and your sleep. You will learn a range of pranayama techniques, understand when and why to use each one, and leave with a personal breathwork toolkit that works in daily life – not just in a yoga class.

We close with a full yoga nidra – a guided deep relaxation that takes everything you have just experienced and lets it settle into the body completely. Most people describe it as the deepest rest they have had in years.

Two and a half hours. You will arrive curious and leave transformed.
