This Vinyasa class is designed for students who are comfortable with ashtanga foundational yoga postures and are ready to deepen their flow practice. This intermediate-level class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and fluidity through dynamic, breath-led sequences that challenge both body and mind.

In this class, you can expect:

• Creative, flowing sequences that link breath with movement, encouraging a sense of rhythm and grace.

• Intermediate-level poses, including advanced standing postures, arm balances, deeper backbends, and optional inversions, with modifications offered to suit different levels of experience.

• Emphasis on smooth transitions and mindful alignment to cultivate stability and prevent injury.

This Vinyasa class is ideal for students looking to elevate their flow, explore more challenging postures, and build endurance, flexibility, and mental focus. Prior experience with Vinyasa or Flow Yoga is recommended. Bring an open mind and a willingness to challenge yourself while respecting your limits.
